Pre Post test were taken using VAS, NDI, HDI, Cervical ROM after 4 weeks. On comparing mean values A, & Visual Analogue Scale score pain intensity, it showed decrease post Mean values, but Neurodynamic Techniques (Group C) 2.63 lower value effective Technique A) 3.61 followed by B) 3.86 at P = 0.001. Hence Null Hypothesis rejected. our concludes that positive among adults. Although results clinical improvement, there no clear evidence one superior another, combination techniques most treatment.Â
